Is the AI scoring accurate?
Grading follows the four official IELTS band descriptors. Scores are estimates and we always say so — but they are consistent, instant and detailed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up gives you 20 credits, with no card required — enough for 4 speaking parts, or 20 writing tasks, or any mix. You have 30 days from the day you sign up to use them.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Access opens as soon as the money lands. Tick the invoice box before paying if you need one.
Do my credits expire?
Yes. Signup credits last 30 days. A plan's credits are granted once when you pay and last exactly as long as the plan — 30 days or 90. Renew before the old plan ends and whatever you have not spent is carried to the end of the new one.
What happens when my plan ends?
It stops, and nothing is charged again. A plan is bought for a fixed stretch rather than subscribed to, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal to forget about. Every answer you have written and every band you were given stays where it is.
Are your tests real past IELTS papers?
No. All GrooEdu content is written in-house by IELTS specialists to match the format, difficulty and style of the real exam. We never use copyrighted past papers.
